Structorian

From the "it might just be enough to get me to use Windows" department: Structorian is a general editor for structured binary data

Compare its zip file description with, say, my ReplayTV guide structure descriptions, and all the tedious cut & paste code that goes with it to read & write -- and still without a nice GUI.

If it's easy to modify the structure definitions on the fly, this could be a reverse engineer's dream.
