April's Observances
March is over, so we can stop worrying about women and colorectal cancer, but Our President does have some new things for us to worry about!
I encourage all Americans to join together to support strong families, protect our children from abuse, neglect, and maltreatment, and make our Nation a more promising place for all.
I encourage concerned citizens, government agencies, private businesses, nonprofit organizations, and other interested groups to join in activities that will increase awareness of measures all Americans can take to prevent and control cancer.
Yes, it's National Child Abuse Prevention Month and Cancer Control Month (the latter by the the request of the congress. So don't completely stop thinking about colorectal cancer after all!
